Welcome to Elder Law @ UWS

Elder Law is an important and growing area of legal academic scholarship, as well as community engagement. The University of Western Sydney School of Law specialises in this area and will be developing resources to aid the community with support of the NSW Public Trustee. Two leading experts in the field, with international recognition, are Professor Carolyn Sappideen and Sue Field.
